D’ Cortés nació de la visión compartida de Alejandra Cibrián y el Chef Polo Cortés. Polo dio vida a las recetas que definen nuestra cocina, mientras que Alejandra creó el concepto, la personalidad y la identidad que nos distinguen. Tras años de planeación, abrimos nuestras puertas el 5 de agosto de 2019. Desde entonces hemos enfrentado desafíos como la pandemia, cambios en nuestro equipo y pérdidas, pero nos mantenemos firmes, resilientes y fieles a nuestro lema: Creemos en ofrecer más esencia y menos apariencia. Nuestra cocina de autor elevada a un nivel culinario excepcional, pero siempre sin pretensiones: auténtica, honesta y hecha para disfrutarse.
